Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Ups Bounty for Missing Canine in Mexican Territory to $20,000
Welsh athlete Ramsey has boosted the bounty for leads about the missing canine Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently plays for the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato region.
The beagle, who went missing on October 9th, was had on a tracking device, and Ramsey shared a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any information concerning our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Big reward for reuniting with her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and comes home to our family quickly," the athlete shared on Instagram.
Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals
Ramsey first announced that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has since shared numerous photos of the adored pet on Instagram.
A £7,500 incentive was originally offered, but with lack of updates on Halo's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his family doubled the reward.
"All we desire is our pet returned," he expressed in an additional request on his online platforms after the elderly dog went missing.
A recent image post is a black and white image of Halo napping, its head resting in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I'd do to cuddle you one last time Halo."
Family's Worries and Background
The footballer has additionally shared a note from his spouse Colleen on online channels mentioning they have some "serious queries" regarding the event and are concerned the household "could possibly not obtain explanations".
"To this day we have not located Halo. I don't think we will," his wife's update read.
The Welsh captain joined Mexico's premier club Pumas UNAM in recent months and made his first appearance in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
