Locating a Venezuelan-affiliated Tanker Reportedly Pursued by the US Coast Guard

Our team is checking video footage and photographs shared earlier today that show the scene of a reported car bomb explosion that authorities in Russia say fatally injured a senior military officer in Moscow.
Officials in Russia stated that Lt Gen Fanil Sarvarov was inside the vehicle that exploded and that he later died of his injuries. A probe is under way.
Our starting point to verify the site from which the pictures originated was based on posts saying the blast occurred on Yasenevaya Ulitsa in the southern district of the capital city of Russia.
We used street-view imagery on Google Maps and the local mapping service Yandex to match the distinctive yellow colour of a adjacent residential complex captured in the video.
Identifying additional buildings, lamp-posts and the street layout verified the exact location the footage were taken.
Additionally, we verified that the videos were new and that the visuals had not been manipulated.
