The relatives of teenagers lost after a deadly blaze at a establishment in a Swiss alpine town are facing an excruciating period of uncertainty for confirmed information and pleading for any details about their loved ones online.

The blaze devastated the Le Constellation bar in the alpine resort, located in the Swiss Alps of the Valais region, in the small hours of January 1st. Confirmed images reveal the ceiling catching alight as bottles with sparklers are held aloft.

Officials have warned that it could take considerable time to identify the victims of the fire, which resulted in the death of numerous partygoers and injured another over a hundred. Officials said on Friday that 113 of the those hurt have been identified, with the process ongoing to locate the other six.

His parent, told media that his son was at the bar and was last heard from around midnight. An official spokesperson has indicated that a formal confirmation of his death is not yet.

Further Missing Individuals

Giovanni Tamburi, 16, is likewise among the missing. His parent explained that he had been on vacation but had ventured out with a group and ended up at the bar.
